Kale is low in calories, high in fibre, has zero fat and is filled with powerful antioxidants helping to prevent against various forms of cancer.  It has more iron than beef and more calcium than milk.

Getting your employees to eat more kale can help lower cholesterol levels and is great for cardiovascular support. Kale is high in Vitamin K necessary for a wide variety of bodily functions including bone health and the prevention of blood clotting as well as Vitamin A which improves vision and skin condition.
